As one the UK’s foremost thought leaders in programme and project management, CITI is regularly called upon to attend and speak at relevant events both here in the UK and further afield.

We also regularly exhibit at many of the UK’s capability development and project management events. At these events, one or two of our senior consultants are always on hand to discuss organisational challenges and requirements in a more informal setting.

Please bookmark this page to keep up to date with the latest events from CITI and the wider project, programme, portfolio and change community.

CITI’s Centres of Excellence club, also known as CofEe club, is an invitation-only network of executives and senior project, programme and change management professionals from both the public and private sectors. Held three times a year and hosted at different client venues throughout the country, the all-day event consists of presentations, case studies and facilitated workshops covering current topics and challenges facing the CofFe club members.

To date, we have organised over 40 co-hosted events at venues including the BBC, Aviva, Home Office, GCHQ, BAE and Coutts to name a few.

Focused on portfolio, programme and project offices, the PMO Conference is all about learning and expertise development within PMOs.

At the last event, CITI’s Louise Worsley spoke on the topic of ‘Involving the PMO in Project Stakeholder Engagement’. Louise outlined some of the good practices for the PMO in supporting stakeholder engagement with case study examples, as well as detailing the difference between role-based and agenda-based stakeholders (and why this matters).

Learning Technologies, incorporating Learning & Skills, is Europe’s leading showcase of organisational learning. With more than 8,000 visitors, 150 seminars and 200 exhibitors, it continues to grow in importance each year and is a must-attend for all those involved in workplace learning.

APM, the Chartered body for the project profession, holds its Project Management Conference every spring in central London. The conference has a long-held reputation for bringing together the world’s most influential and thought-provoking speakers from around the project management community.

CITI was one of just twenty companies exhibiting at the APM’s most recent event, the theme of which looked at how the ways we embrace and manage change must constantly evolve to meet new demands.
