Course approach
The course exposes you to the three most common project problems associated with scheduling, resourcing, and scoping. Using the ‘say, show, do’ approach, appropriate responses are analysed.
The course consists of two modules separated by 4-6 weeks. By separating the modules the learning and the personal impact is considerably enhanced. It allows you to try out the ideas on your projects and come back to discuss what to do next.
During and after the course we encourage you to contact the CITI tutor to discuss your project and how to implement the techniques. This supports the learning and has proved particularly effective when you are working in isolation.
Duration
Module 1: 3 days and module 2: 2 days, separated by a one month gap.
