Initiating projects for success
This workshop supports the process of effective project initiation. This is done by focusing on twin key considerations of the project’s desirability and do-ability. From a strategic perspective, is this the ‘right’ thing to do; and from a tactical perspective, can we do it the ‘right’ way? Subsequently translating this vision into high level planning considerations clarifies how the project will be safely and optimally delivered. This provides the basis for detailed planning and scheduling.
The workshop covers these topics in depth to allow the attendees to understand and put into practice the disciplines of project initiation.
