For individuals who wish to gain accreditation on the structured project management method from the Office of Government Commerce – PRINCE2.

This course is an intensive introduction to the PRINCE2 method for managing projects, and prepares participants to sit the Foundation and Practitioner examinations. Expert project managers lead the learning and give an insight into how best to apply the method in order to gain maximum value when put into practice. The Foundation exam is taken on the fourth day of the course, followed by a study break of about one week. During this time you will be expected to undertake distance learning, using the materials provided. On return a week later, the Practitioner examination is taken. CITI is the only course provider to offer this ‘break’ approach in between exams, which participants have found to be an invaluable way to ensure exam success and retention of PRINCE2 knowledge.
