For senior project and programme managers who are responsible for delivering projects or programmes, involving a complex range of stakeholders. Participants will typically have at least two years experience in project or programme management.

A well-planned project or programme places the objective identification, evaluation, engagement and management of key stakeholders at the centre of the plans, by understanding what success means to them and ensuring the project or programme delivers that definition of success.

This one day master class provides a radical and illuminating assessment of all key issues in stakeholder engagement and practical techniques for maximising the potential benefits of correctly aligned stakeholders. Exercises include immersion in a convincing and complex case study of a major change project which will test and develop the full range of stakeholder engagement aspects. Short lectures are complemented by group discussions encouraging delegates to buddy up to share and review each others exercise results.
