For senior project and programme managers who already understand the key stakeholder models and wish to further their skills in managing complex stakeholder environments.

This master class exposes the complex people aspects of managing projects. It examines how the project manager should manage, influence, lead and direct each of the major stakeholder groups – the members of the project governance, who affect the project and the direct team. The style is ‘investigative’ – it draws out from the participants how they currently behave and then shows how behaviour can be modified to add most value to a project. Interactive lectures, extensively supported by unique case studies and role-play, are used to explore these advanced project management skills and techniques.
