For project managers or project support personnel wanting to use earned value management (EVM) techniques to enhance the management of projects and the usability of status reports.

By integrating cost, schedule and technical performance, EVM provides an early, detailed and ongoing understanding of project progress. This workshop outlines the many benefits (and pitfalls) of EVM as well as the key requirements for its implementation. It looks at how it may be applied practically and gives guidance on how the approach can be safely used when taking into consideration the quality of data available to the project.

This course is practically based. Participants will come away with a full technical understanding of the topic, having used case studies and group exercises applicable to a variety of sectors and project scenarios.
