For individuals new to projects, whose jobs are changed by projects, or anyone who needs to know more about running projects. The course covers factors that distinguish project management from business as usual.

This course introduces the fundamental management processes and resource disciplines that make projects different from business as usual. It shows how the basic project disciplines – the need to plan work,schedule activities, and measure progress – modifies the way people in projects work. At the end of the course, delegates will have a set of skills and techniques required to manage small projects and will be able to work effectively in a project environment.
