For senior project managers and programme managers who are involved in, or are about to be involved in, managing a programme. This course is also ideal for those who have achieved MSP accreditation and wish to develop further understanding about implementing the methodology within their organisation.

This course analyses the differences in the management of projects, portfolios and programmes. Each of the phases of a programme is examined and appropriate tools and techniques identified, with their value and limitations explained. The importance of stakeholders, the critical concerns of outcomes and value, along with how to manage across complex, interdependent projects are all covered.
