Requirements capture and definition

Building on the extensive work that has been done on requirements, CITI developed and tested an approach to presenting requirements that can be subjected to ‘proving’ before high-level design takes place.

The approach describes and defines requirements in a clear way, so that it is possible to test whether they have been satisfied by actions taken within the project.
