Capability profiling
A common problem with questionnaires is that they can be affected by biases and 'faking'. We have researched this area thoroughly and have identified ways of countering most of these effects.
Combining questionnaires with structured interviews and case study reviews is one of the ways we eliminate these problems. Using 180-360 degree feedback is another. A well constructed assessment process yields a rich source of data, with a high degree of predictive validity, as well as having excellent face validity.
Our norm data, made up of profiles of over 11,000 project managers across hundreds of organisations, has been analysed by sector, job title, gender, and a whole host of other factors. It is the largest body of data of its kind in existence. It has allowed us to identify, and over the past 20 years, validate the characteristics of high performing project managers - providing you, our clients, with an external benchmark of excellence.
We have enough data to allow independent examination of each of the elements of KASE. Several MSc studies have been based on our data set, and this continues to this day with a CITI-funded Research Fellow position at Middlesex University.
