BoKs from around the world

The BoK research is regularly repeated under the championship of CITI's product manager and Design Authority, who between them are responsible for maintaining and renewing CITI's intellectual property. 

The BoK is used as the basis for providing evidence on good practice and world-class guidance to clients during consultancy engagements, and as a source book for material in the design of our learning solutions and the MSc.

The BoK is augmented by insights gained from the deployment and practice of the models and techniques defined - and where they are shown to be impractical or too theoretical they are annotated or eliminated from the working practices we recommend.
