Centres of excellence club
CITI facilitates a 'Centres of Excellence Club' - known as the CofEe Club. This is an invitation-only, membership-based network of like-minded professionals, of senior individuals with responsibility for projects, programmes and portfolios in their organisations.
Each quarter, a member organisation hosts a workshop at which a current hot topic is discussed, and best practice, experiences and concerns are shared.
White papers are often prepared and distributed to members following a meeting. Previous meeting topics have included: organisational culture and acceptance to change, requirements management, benefits management, development frameworks, agile project management and project complexity.
The twenty-sixth meeting will be held on the 26th April 2012 at M&G Investments, London.
The topic for the meeting is Sponsorship.
Please contact Amanda Muscat to discuss club membership on 01908 283600 or amuscat@citi.co.uk.
